Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies, focusing primarily on LinkedIn and Upwork, while leveraging other social media and digital platforms.
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, utilizing advanced LinkedIn search tools to connect with decision-makers in key industries.
- Set up and coordinate meetings with potential clients, ensuring clear and professional communication with effective follow-up.
- Conduct thorough market research to draft and send personalized cold emails to prospective clients.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, analyzing the effectiveness of different outreach strategies and platforms to continuously improve results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong expertise in using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital platforms for client outreach and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to research markets and industries to identify potential business opportunities.
- Proficiency in drafting professional emails and conducting follow-up communications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Analytical skills to measure the success of business development strategies and recommend improvements.
