Digital Marketing Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals.
  • Oversee social media accounts, online advertising, and other digital marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Create and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and optimize strategies based on data and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with branding, design, and content efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, ensuring we remain ahead in the digital marketing game.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing social media, Google Ads, and Meta campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience in content marketing and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications (e.g. Google Ads Certified, Meta Blueprint Certification). 
  • Experience with marketing analytic tools 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other digital marketing optimization techniques.
